Thanks
Thanks to all parents who volunteered to bring in items for our science unit. This activity will spread across 4 class periods and will bring the rock cycle to life! Stay tuned for pictures!
Academics
Students are working hard in math to master their multiplication and division facts. Please keep working on facts with your children each night! Check out the note card that we made to help us with knowing whether we are multiplying or dividing!
We are working in spelling/phonics on adding suffixes to base words. Students are pros in this department and are flying through the lessons!
Students will be wrapping up their first chapter in Social Studies. They will be assigned a final project next week. This will entail making a triorama on each of the 3 types of communities. I will post directions once I launch it to the kids.

Powerschool
There are lots of grades uploaded into your child's powerschool account. If you still need your login information, please contact the school office. Please check your child's account and contact me with any questions. There is quite a bit of missing work. Students earn each and every grade, so if it is a missing assignment, it will count as a 0 in the gradebook.
